Itinerary

Travel throughout Cambodia with your guide in an air-conditioned van, with stops along the way to various historical sites and temples. Be picked up from your hotel at 5 AM or 6 AM and travel to the north of Cambodia. Once you arrive near the Thai border, see Preah Vihear, the most spectacular mountain temple in Cambodia. Learn from your guide how the World Heritage Site was built in the 11th century during the Khmer Empire. Explore the cliff it's located on top of in the Dângrêk Mountains, and take in the lush forest below it. See captivating views of the countryside, and the temple in its distance.

Next, stop for lunch on the way to the Koh Ker archaeological site before continuing on to Chok Gargyar, another ancient Khmer city. Finally, you'll reach the much-anticipated visit to the historical city, Chok Gargyar. See three spectacular temples in Koh Ker's archaeological site, including Prasat Thom (the Pyramid temple), Prasat Kroes Linga, and Prasat Prum temple.

Contine to Beng Melea, the mysterious 12th-century temple in the middle of the jungle. This temple is heavily overgrown with vegetation, trees, lianas, and mosses. This temple is surrounded by a rainforest due to it being abundant for over 300 years. When it is not fully restored, many local and international tourists fall in love with the area. Return to Siem Reap city.

  • The valid pass of Angkor pass can be used to visit the Beng Mealea temple. So if you have still have it, please bring it with you for its visit. Otherwise, you have to buy a new Angkor pass of 1-day (US$37 per person)
  • Dress code: All visitors are not allowed to wear as shorts as you want for the Angkor temple’s visit. Please make sure that your knees and shoulders are covered.
